Delete my MBOA CLEAN account

You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Here are the two ways to do it.

From the app

1Sign in to your personal space.
2Open your profile.
3Tap “Delete my account”.
4Enter the confirmation code sent to your email to validate.

By email (no sign-in)

If you cannot sign in, send a request from your account's email address to:

Processing time

Your request is handled after verifying your identity and checking any ongoing missions, payments or disputes. You receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

What may be retained

Deletion removes your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep, under restricted access:

invoices and accounting records;
payment proofs;
items needed for an ongoing dispute or a legal obligation.
